1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- The return is requested within  7 Days  from the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.
- Custom or special-order products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship the Product: Pack the product securely and include the RA number. Ship it to the address provided by our team.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may choose a refund or an alternative item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
